CROSS CULTURAL TRAINING
At Russian Welfare we believe that quality in service provision comes from knowing your clients and their needs. We aim to better inform those in the aged care industry of the history, traditions and culture of people with a Russian background to help them better cater to our communities needs and in this way achieve excellence in aged care to a group of people from a culturally and linguistically diverse background. We provide cross cultural training to aged care assessment services, aged care facilities and other main stream aged care service providers.
